Our Vision
We specialise in sourcing high-return investment opportunities, managing full-scale refurbishments with our in-house construction team, and building portfolios that perform. From single-unit flips to HMO conversions and block acquisitions, every move we make is guided by transparency, integrity, and sustainable growth.
Our long-term vision is clear — to create generational wealth while building multiple cash-flowing assets and businesses that run independently. As we scale, we’re developing strategic partnerships with housing providers, family funds, and pension funds, supporting them to expand their portfolios across the UK.
As the business grows, JJ Property Agency will evolve into a wider property group — with divisions dedicated to acquisitions, development, and investment management — all working together to create scalable, profitable projects.
We’re also expanding our horizons beyond the UK. With future plans to invest in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, and the US, we aim to connect overseas investors to the UK market, and open global pathways for international property partnerships.

JAY SCOTT
Founder
JJ Property Agency, co-founded by 37-year-old Jay Scott, sources high-return investment opportunities, manages full-scale refurbishments, and delivers projects through an established in-house build team. With a sharp eye for value-add potential and a strong foundation in construction, Jay ensures each project is executed to a high standard — efficiently and profitably.
Coming from a background in the electrical trade, Jay brings technical knowledge and a practical, solutions-driven approach to every project. His focus is on creating solid, well-structured investments for clients and investors, supported by clear communication and transparency at every stage.
JACK FISHER
Founder
JJ Property Agency, co-founded by 25 year old Jack Fisher, sources investment opportunities, renovates properties, and manages joint venture (JV) investments. Building a loyal social media following, Jack educates aspiring investors and delivers regular industry insights. His work is characterized by strong growth in investor relations, record sales in 2025, and inclusivity through online content. The company aims to inspire young people to start their property journey, with multiple JV projects in the pipeline and an ever-expanding network—a testament to ambitious entrepreneurship in the Midlands property market.
With an expansive background in multi trade construction and machine operating from groundsworks up to roof tiling, no job is too big or too small
